OUR PARTNERSHIPS

WOMEN’S ENGINEERING SOCIETY

At the beginning of 2024, Prodrive partnered with the Women’s Engineering Society to maximise opportunities for women in Motorsport and STEM, and enhance our investment in female talent. Several of our female engineers have become members of the Women’s Engineering Society and are utilising the opportunities for networking and professional support for their career development.

RACE AT WORK CHARTER

We are committed to aligning ourselves with Business in the Community’s Race at Work Charter which will demonstrate our commitment to championing race equality at Prodrive and drive the necessary changes to ensure ethnic minority groups are represented, and improve ethnic disparities in the workplace.
